Remote System Explorer Connects, but File Listing Empty [message #1837231]

Using RSE to set up connections in IDE 2020-12 on a Windows 10 PC, and the connection is successful, but once connected, the file listing is completely empty under Sftp Files. Cannot do or edit anything.

Please help!

Sounds like something to report using https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Target%20Management&component=RSE . Is anything showing up in the Error Log?

Error log is completely empty. Will submit bug.
