I followed the tutorial to create the forte with open62541 on windows10 using mingw64. Everything is good until I tried the 4idac OPC UA examples in the tutorial. The OPC UA server did not start after deployment.
After troubleshooting with the post, I noticed there are some changes to the ID format (semicolon should be added), and function block types (CLIENT_1_0 should replace SUBSCRIBE or PUBLISH function blocks).
And the TCP socket seems not to work properly. The forte logs can be found in the link below.
I need help with:
Q1: how to customize the CLIENT_2_1 type function blocks to CLIETN_1_0?
Q2: how to fix the TCP socket failure?
Q3: how to get updated and correct examples for the open62541 in 4diac?

Hi,

Jose updated the documentation for the 1.13.0 release [1]. There you should find all the information you need. The Client function block is used for using an OPC UA client integrated in FORTE to communicate with a remote OPC UA server. Given the start of your post I don't think that is what you want to do.

Regarding your Q2: please have a look on that post [2].
