I am trying to install Eclipse but it does not install. The page just gets refreshed and nothing happens!

It's hard to figure out what exactly you're seeing based just on this terse description? Which page? What did you download? Can you make a screen capture and attach it to your post? (Press the Preview button in the forum page to Choose File and Upload File, to attach a *.png, *.jpeg, *.gif)
