I was just watching this video and want to know how I can create a pop-up property view like the one shown at 1:03. I've managed to create a regular property view but can't find anything on making it act like the one shown in the video.

Hi.

It uses the same concepts and definitions as for the "normal" properties views you have created, but must be triggered/invoked specially from inside a tool using specific tool operations. See https://www.eclipse.org/sirius/doc/specifier/general/Model_Operations.html#dialogandwizard for the documentation.
