is there detailed API documentation?
I saw one on smartM2M API but didnt find documentation for the oneM2M
implementation

If you want to access the full specification of the API, you can check the oneM2M website. https://onem2m.org. Go to the developper corner or to the specifications if you want full details of the protocol and API.
