Getting following error message on adding TestNG to Eclipse

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.java, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Artifact not found: dl.bintray.com/testng-team/testng-eclipse-release/updatesites/6.14.0.201802161500/features/org.testng.p2.feature_6.14.2.r201802161450.jar.

I tried the below solutions, but no luck.

1) Downloaded dl.bintray.com/testng-team/testng-eclipse-release/6.14.0/ and added to 'C:\Eclipse\eclipse' folder

2)Download the file "compositeArtifacts.xml" and added to 'C:\Eclipse\eclipse' folder
