I do not see a values compartment option for blocks when value properties are defined. Is there an option to display the values compartment or do i just need to type an attribute with a valueType and display it in the "attributes" compartment?

I understand how to show the compartments. The issue is that there is no option to display a "values" compartment in a block and I believe there should be according to SysML specs. I am using SysML 1.4 in Papyrus.
