Rational Devaloper for i - What is the .eclipse/RSE folder for? [message #1820768]

Hi,

We use RDi for our coding on the IBM i. We're noticing that some users have a .eclipse/RSE folder on their IFS home folder.

/home/<user>/.eclipse/RSE/

Can anyone tell me what that folder is for ... or can that be removed? There are no files in the .eclipse or RSE folder.

It is probably related to the Remote System Explorer. You might ask in its forum: https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/f/210/ .
