If it is the latest 7.0.0 version for 3.4, make sure that you follow the
directions for Activating the ClearCase SCM Adapter in the Tasks section of
the Rational ClearCase SCM Adapter help document. You need to use the
Eclipse Capabilities feature to active the latest version.
