I noticed recently that a package in Model Explorer has a little red rectangle in the lower right corner of the folder icon.

What does this mean?

Hi

Difficult to be sure without a picture.

Error markers are red squares with a white cross, usually at bottom left.

Missing icons are often shown as full size red squares, but small when from a decorating application. So perhaps you have an inadequate Papyrus installation or perhaps an inadequate additional application.

Look for hovertext / similar indications in different views, e.g. the Properties View or Problems View.
