Hi,

I've recently started maintaining the CFEclipse plugin and have built and put a new version onto our update site.

It installs without problem if I add our update site (http://cfeclipse.org/update) as a repository and install it via Eclipse, however it doesn't install from the Eclipse marketplace. If I go to the errors tab on the marketplace entry for CFEclipse I can see the cause is:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found. Software being installed: CFEclipse (including Frameworks) 1.5.3 (org.cfeclipse.cfml.feature.feature.group 1.5.3) Missing requirement: CFML Plug-in 1.5.3 (org.cfeclipse.cfml 1.5.3) requires 'bundle org.cfeclipse.cflint 1.3.0' but it could not be found Cannot satisfy dependency: From: CFEclipse (including Frameworks) 1.5.3 (org.cfeclipse.cfml.feature.feature.group 1.5.3) To: org.cfeclipse.cfml [1.5.3]

As I'm new to this I'm not sure what I need to do to resolve this. CFLint 1.3.0 is available from http://cfeclipse.org/cflint/update. This update site is added to the list of repositories when you install it via Eclipse directly. But it seems going via the marketplace this doesn't happen.

Is anyone able to give me some advice about how to resolve this?

Also, I'm a little confused by the forum structure so am not sure if this is the best place to ask this question. If it's best asked somewhere else could you let me know so I can post it in the appropriate group?

Regards,
Andrew.

I suspect you want to create, and point your Marketplace entry to, a Composite site that acts as a parent to all of the necessary sites: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox/p2/Composite_Repositories_(new) .
