Eclipse Tomcat server error [message #1814648]

-Could not load the Tomcat server configuration at \Servers\Tomcat v9.0 Server at localhost-config. The configuration may be corrupt or incomplete.
cp65001
i tried deleting eclipse and tomcat and still have the same problem
please help

The text of your message and the image you attached have different messages.

It's simpler and more reliable to use the downloadable zip/tar from tomcat.apache.org than an installed copy. http://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_Tomcat_FAQ

Thank you it worked using the tomcat zip file instead of using installer
