Looking at the screen shot, you have no "Launch Configurations". Go to the "Run" menu and select "Run Configurations...". In the Run Configurations window, double click on the "C/C++ Application" item in the list. This will create a Run Configuration for your application. Click the "Run" button in the lower right corner of the window. Your application should run with the output appearing in the Console tab. Once the Run Configuration has been created, you can click the "Run" icon in the tool bar to run the application.
