JBoss Eclipse .ear deployment does not use/find .jar file [message #1808102]

I'm new here and I didn't know the right section where to put this question, sorry.
I'm using JBoss with Eclipse, and I have a .ear file that I want to deploy on server.
If I upload this file through JBoss management console, it is correctly deployed and I can see .war and .jar files in the console. This file is not seen in Eclipse view, though.
If I, on the contrary, do an add/remove using Eclipse view of the .ear file, the deployment does not end well because it deploys just .war file and not the .jar one.
Why is that?
