There is no problem if we perform the transformation with one model at a time. The problem in our case is working with multiple models simultaneously. In our case, we have different top-level elements for the models. As an example, we can create two .uml models, with different Model Objects (Model and Package). In the first model, we name the Model Object "model A" and add some element(s) such as Class A. In the second model, the Package is given a name "package B" and we add some element(s) such as Class B. Is it possible that we execute both models at a time, for example, by giving a reference of the second model in the Acceleo launcher, so that the elements from both models can be transformed to the desired files using the .mtl file.
