compiler : ARM Eclipse IDE v5.2r1 "TASKING VX-TOOLSET".

I ma programming and using this compiler with STM32F205ZC for three years, i have no problem with it just happened few days ago

i face problem that i can mass , erase and program your chip for 1 time only and getting massage " An unknown ST-LINK error occurred. It may be that there is no target board connected to the ST-LINK."

i think is locking the debuger interface in the chip.
