I am trying to build a bar chart of the percent complete in the table below. The data is a long list of work orders which are either complete or incomplete. When I go to insert the data field in the y value series, the aggregation for the percent is not present as a data binding. I have tried just adding the formula but that always errors out.

I feel I am missing something fundamental on using aggregate values in charts. I am not looking for a step by step answer but just some direction.

1 35400 33416 94%
2 5422 5422 100%
3 9623 9115 95%
4 138 0 0%
