Unable to connect to AUT [message #1801548]

I am using Jubula 8.4 to execute functional tests on Eclipse 4.8. I am getting trouble regarding connection to AUT on Ubuntu host. Following are the steps I followed:

1) Copied RCP plugin that comes with Jubula to eclipse.
2) Started Jubula ITE.
3) Connected to embedded AUT agent.
4) Open a project from Test>>Open
5) Started the AUT through Start AUT tool bar button.

Now the problem is that, after AUT launches, I see that progress bar "Starting AUT with ID " does not go away. Due to this, I am unable to run any suite.

There was a Bug that we can not correctly work with oxygen releases and newer ones see http://eclip.se/518547 Please use a newer Jubula version if you want to test eclipse 4.7 and greater.
