I want to use TITAN and other tools to implement a protocol testing platform. Can this platform be used for patent application?

Hi le tian,

this is not a question that can be simply answered; it depends on your local law referring to patenting SW ( in EU for instance "computer programs as such" are excluded from patentability)
and of course all referring copyright and licenses will have to be observed.
For Titan EPL 2.0 is the governing license.

I suggest you contact a patent lawyer who can answer this.

Best regards
Elemer
