I have only a workspace info on window top status bar ,
no "File ..... Help " status bar. Nothing.

How do I retrieve my project from the workspace ?
See attached file.

Any help will be appreciated.

From the image it seems that you're running on Ubuntu Linux, and your main menu is not shown.

You can access the main menu with the F10 key.

Please check that the menu is not disabled in the perspective properties, which can be accessed from the Window -> Perspective -> Customize Perspective menu. You can get the Window menu with Alt W key combination.

Next time, please post the images in plain image format and not as Libre Office documents. You can save the image from the Libre Office document view:
- Click the image to select it
- Right click the image
- From the dialog, select a folder to save to
- Fill in the file name
- Keep file type as PNG
- Click Save button
- click OK on PNG properties page

Your workspace image as plain PNG is attached.
