Create message protocol for Wireless Push Notification transmitter [message #1795152]

I am trying to use MQTT broker called mosquitto with raspberry pi which receives the data from wireless Push notification transmitter and send the notification to the smartphone as well as email.
I was trying to install the mosquitto package but it's not installing any kind of package and show mentioned below error

E: Unable to locate package python-mosquitto

I am not able to find the exact problem here so any suggestions to make it work will be very helpful.
