Hi,
Recently, I am using ELK to layout my model diagram in Sirius editor. I found a problem, the steps for reproduction is that:
1). Execute my ELK layout in Sirius editor, it works well.
2). Hide some connectors(edges) and ports(bordered nodes).
3). Relayout on this diagram, it works well, too.
4). Show these hidden elements.
5). Execute ELK layout on this diagram again.
The result in step 5) is messed-up, it looks like these ports which are shown after hidden are not placed in their places. But, when I close this diagram, and then reopen it, the diagram is shown well as the step 1) shows.
I searched this problem, I found that website:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=291484
My problem looks like this problem, it seems that it is a bug of GMF. Would you give me some suggestions to fix my problem in Sirius editor?
Thanks in advance and hope for your reply.

Hi,

I can't tell you what happen. Some debugging needs to be done.
Can you open a ticket on https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Sirius
With steps to reproduce and a project to reproduce the problem?

Regards,
