MinGW in CDT 9.5 Photon IDE [message #1791951]

I have installed CDT 9.5 and Photon IDE.
When I started "Hello World" project, it says that only Cross GCC is supported.
I have MinGW installed on my PC. How to make CDT support MinGW platform?
My OS is Win 7 Pro 64-bit SP1,
