Hi all,
New to this forum so I apologize if this is repetitive. Recently downloaded Java SE 10.0.1 and eclipse oxygen 1a. When I did install it and open it up, it was working fine. However, after closing it and trying to open it up again the next day, it did not work. Please advice. Thanks!

Yes. The message is changing everyday which is weird.
Saturday, I received a message saying "An error has occurred. See log file [path]\configuration\1529254992762.log" ([path] is my abbreviated form of the path that was listed in the message)
Sunday, I received the same message with a different log number: 1529256145789.log.
Today, I am receiving a message that "Eclipse executable launcher was unable to reach its companion launcher jar."

That might be a permission problem. Where did you install it? How did you install it? And did you look at the log files you were directed toward?
