Dear all,
I have a question regarding FORTE Monitoring.
I am able to force a value of an F_ADD-fb with this command:
<Request ID="1" Action="WRITE"><Connection Source="INT#123" Destination="F_ADD.IN1" force="true" /></Request>
FORTE sets the force correctly.
So far, so good - but, after that I tried forcing to an invalid type/value:
<Request ID="2" Action="WRITE"><Connection Source="INVALIDTYPE#123" Destination="F_ADD.IN1" force="true" /></Request>
Good: The force is not set to 4DIAC-RTE.
But why do I get the same response as for the (first) correct force-command?
I got these Responses which look like everything was fine:
<Response ID="1"></Response>
<Response ID="2"></Response>
I had expected Responses like those:
<Response ID="1"></Response>
<Response ID="2" Reason="INVALID_FORCE_PARAMS"></Response>
Is there a setting I overlooked? Did I miss something while creating (VS / CMake)?
If not, this functionality would be a nice feature of FORTE Monitoring.
As a workaround it would be possible to use the ReadWatches-command afterwards to check if the force was set correctly. But I would like to prevent this procedure.
Best regards
