Updating model element properties with Sirius. [message #1787430] Fri, 25 May 2018 05:07 Go to next message

Hello everybody,

I have created successfully with Sirius a tool to create instance models for my meta-model with the desired functionality up to now. What I am failing to do right now, is to find a way to update a property X of a model element, when the user changes an attribute Y of the same model element through the Properties View.

As an example please consider the screenshot below. What should I do to update the property name, when the user changes the type property?

Thank you in advance for any help and hints.

Regards,
Christoforos

Hi,
You need to change the begin operation to do what you need.
Please find attached a simple example. When you click on the checkbox Abstract, "_abstract" or "_notAbstract" is added at the end of the class name.

Regards,

Laurent
