Keep getting "Error updating dirty state editor [message #1786976]

Every time I save a file I get a dialog box stating "Error updating dirty state editor". It's annoying the hell out of me. How do I get it to stop?

P.S. Let me know what other info I might be able to supply to help debug this.

I need:
1. PDT version (latest is 5.3)
2. Eclipse version (latest is 4.7.3 - Oxygen.3)
3. Files is from your disk or from FTP (RSE plugin)?
4. Have you something in logs? (Windows -> Show View -> Error Log).
