Not sure, but If there is, I've never hit it. But if you're referring to width, I believe it's around 200 inches.

As far as I know, the maximum file size ever possible is up to 10 GB. There's no relevant info on what part of it BIRT could handle yet I guess it's ten times smaller. And even so, I barely can imagine what such a pdf could contain. I think even the report of size close to 500 mb would cause a freeze, you ought to get it compressed with the tool like this https://ds11.pdffiller.com yet it's an online so I can't claim it won't freeze because of that thing as well

I've never thought about such question before. I'll try to figure out, how it's possible to solve it

After looking through different websites I haven't found such kind of restrictions. It seems not to be true.  At least I've never had such problem before. You can appeal to their help service and ask them. The maximum size may be around 9-10GB. It's big enough to contain all necessary information/ I don't think it's possible to hit it or to overcome. I've been using for my work this service  https://pdfliner.com/ds_11_form. It's suitable for using online. And yes, here you can't make a file of a very big size, but it's more suitable for work rather than other sources (as for me)
