Hello,

I am a newbie with Eclipse 4DIAC. I have version 1.9.0 RC3 (last one) for Ubuntu.

I would like to import Example X+3. I downloaded it (
hg clone htt://hg.code.sf.net/p/fordiac/fordiac-systems fordiac-fordiac-systems

) because the examples are not built-in and I tried to Import it. But what to put in "Specify the directory with the required FBTypes"? What do you put in your machine?
index.php/fa/32515/0/

If I put a random folder, the example gets imported but it is not complete (I get what follows instead of https://eclipse.org/4diac/documentation/html/examples/xplus3.html ).
index.php/fa/32516/0/

this import wizard is mainly for importing non 4diac projects from other tools (e..g, FBDK) into 4diac. As with your correct checkout of the examples from our mercurial repo you already have 4diac projects. You can use the "Import -> General -> existing projects into workspace" wizard which should be more convenient in your case.

But to also answer your question regarding the folder in this specific case of a 4diac project the folder would be the same as where your .sys file is located.

Thank you for your reply!

It works nice :) I would suggest to add this thing of using the "Import -> General -> existing projects into workspace" to the tutorial, since it is helpful and fast to do

Great that it works for you. Thanks for pointing that out. We'll put that on our list.

BTW we are happy for getting improvement suggestion via our bugzilla. This helps us to plan and keep track of todos.
