The Eclipse UML2 SDK provides a model importer for EMF code generation. Alex Nyßen has a good walk-through on his blog. He used the now defunct UMLTools for editing, but it works with Papyrus.

There are numerous examples of profile plug-ins in the Papyrus project. A particularly elaborate/complete one is the SysML 1.4 profile implementation.
