Hi,

I want to create a sirius product that avoid the EMF model , the viewpoints selections and the new representation steps.
For example I would like to create a diagram the way you create a project.

I would appreciate if any of you has an idea to achieve that.

Hi,

If I understood, you want to use, for example, a wizard that create a project with an emf model and an empty diagram already created, and a viewpoint already selected. Then start to use the diagram as usual.

Ecore Tools provide a similar aproach with an ecore model. I invite you to look at EcoreModelingProjectCreationOperation, which creates a project with model files, adds them to a sirius session, activates a viewpoint and creates an empty representation.

If you want to open the representation after it has been created, you can use DialectUIManager#openRepresentation.
