I have an existing eclipse installation with all my plugins installed via marketplace. Now I want to share it with some colleagues.
Is it possible to create an Oomph product out of this?
Or do I have to create a setup file by hand with the Oomph Editor

Yes, mostly by hand. But the Repository Explorer view always has a choice in the drop-down for the current installation profile which has all the IUs you have installed. If you switch to expert mode (on the viewer toolbar), and show ...p2.ui and filter for .feature.group you'll see the list of features you have installed. You'd also need the p2 update sites, but those should be in your Available Software Sites preferences.
