Hi,

I just started using Sirius and fail early while trying to assign a Domain class to my DiagramDescription or NodeMapping. In the Properties View I just cannot choose a Domain class as this property ist just missing.

I have selected a metamodel which is loaded successfully, but I just don't know how to link my diagram elements to my metamodel elements.

Thanks for your help!

Kind regards
Oliver

Hi Oliver,

Could you give us more information about your environment ?
The domain class property should be displayed in this step of the Sirius Starter tutorial.

It seems that you did not install the Sirius Specification environment, please open the 'Install New Software...' wizard, select the update of your current installation and install Sirius Specifier Environment. You could also use the Sirius udpate site https://wiki.eclipse.org/Sirius/Update_Sites) regarding from where you installed Sirius.

Please also note that you could also use Obeo Designer Community Edition which is a a free Eclipse package including only Open Source technologies: Sirius, Ecore Tools and EMF Compare, .. It is available at https://www.obeodesigner.com/en/download

Hi Maxime,

that was the right hint. After installing "Sirius Specifier Environment" I have the missing properties.

Thanks for the quick help!
