Hello people and Java coders,

I am new to Java, my last programming experience was using Prolog Lisp which was many many year back. I have learnt some Delphi (Borland then Embarcadaro ) informally

I am looking for a JS editor which
1) allows the user to draft the web forms including the data entry fields
2) then generate the JS code for the programmer to refine the variables, and the programming conditions (if then else etc, sql query etc)

I hope I am not asking a silly question. If I have done that, my humble apologies
