I have code formatter xml file, which all the developers use for their Eclipse.

How do I repackage Eclipse with this code formatter profile available by default in the preferences?

My goal is to make my custom profile selected and activated for the preferences shown below in the screenshot. Repackage Eclipse and keep it shared so that any new developer can get that version of Eclipse and install it and can use the customized code formatter profile by default.
