I cannot install egit. I use the download link in install new software, this results in error message:
" Missing requirement: JGit Command Line Interface 4.10.0.201712302008-r (org.eclipse.jgit.pgm 4.10.0.201712302008-r) requires 'package org.eclipse.jetty.continuation [9.4.5,10.0.0)' but it could not be found"

This error also happens after I install jetty from github or directly from the market place.

I am a bit at a loss...

Oomph's Repository Explorer view can help find answers to a question like this:

The repo http://download.eclipse.org/jetty/updates/jetty-bundles-9.x seems to contain many versions of Jetty. If you add that to your list of available update sites and your install effort says to look at those available update sites, you should be able to install.
