XLSX Suddenly stop working on the tomcat server [message #1780576]

Birt has been running for the past few months on our tomcat server without issue. Suddenly when I attempt to run larger XLSX files it fails. See attached error log. Anybody have any idea what may be causing this error. I have a difficult time reading java exceptions as I'm not a java developer most of programming experience is limited to php, javascript, python. I've found to be easy to setup (even tomcat) and use without Java knowledge which has been great up until this roadblock.
