It didn't used to do this in previous versions, but Eclipse is now showing the included libraries etc above the actual files I'm using, when I'd prefer them to be below (I rarely open them, they're only really useful to me if I Ctrl+click something that's being referenced there).

Since PDT 5.0 we using standard Project Explorer, like for example JSDT. In Project Explorer all other plugins (JDT, JSDT), keep libraries, on top, so we did same. Old PHP Explorer is stll available, but will be removed in PDT 6.0 (Eclipse Photon).
