We Samsung develope an IDE named ARTIK IDE for IoT usage based on Eclipse,Jubula is developed based on Eclipse also.It is taken for granted that we choose Jubula for our functional test tool.Once we installed Jubula 8.5 in Ubuntu 14.04,it works fine except no dropping&dragging function.
However, in Ubuntu 16.04,when clicking the Start Object Mapping Mode and then clicking the control in our IDE,the jubula and our IDE are hung.We can only exit Jubula and IDE forcely after a while.It seems that jubula capturing is going.client.log is blank,please refer to .log file.
I am looking forward your reply,thank you very much.

Hello minhang kang,

Is there any log entry in the rc_rcp.log or the autagent.log in your "HomeDirectory/.jubula/logs"?

Is this problem for all components? did you test if other components are affected aswell or just one?

If this error is happening after you click the start object mapping,
this is definetly a major problem if this class is not found nothing will really work. Can you check if the rcp accessor is correctly deployed into your application. It seems some parts are missing.

Also the screenshot is just to show which button you mean?

Yes.rcp accessor is correctly deployed into my application.The screenshot is just to show Start Object Mapping Mode button.I can't get a screenshot of my application because it is hanging capturing the object.
