Running PHP Web App throws WRONG URL [message #1775720]

Hello:

I have a PHP project in Oxygen.1 (Sep 2017).

In Window -> Preferences -> Installed PHPs -> Servers, I have an entry for my Apache instance and the URL is "http://localhost:8080".

When go to Run -> Run As -> 3 PHP Web Application, it throws this popup:

http://<none>/HelloWorld/Test.php

I don't understand why it says "<none>" instead of "localhost"?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
