Suppose I'm typing a class name or a variable name like shown on the screenshot.
For now I have to manually type the name of each class or variable. But it seems to be very odd in 21th century. Ctrl+Space doesn't work for me.
UPD: Eclipse Oxygen with Arduino IDE plugin.

It seems a bug, as it starts to occur only after restarting of IDE.

I'm also experiencing this. Very frustrating. It works to go through the edit menu > Content assist... but that is very inefficient.
