Hi All,

I am not able to connect to ws://iot.eclipse.org:80/ws MQTT broker from java script client. I am always getting 'connection closed event' with id 1006.

Here is what I am trying.

var ws = new WebSocket("ws://iot.eclipse.org:80/ws");

ws.onopen = function()
{
alert("WebSocket is connected");
ws.send("Message to send");
alert("Message is sent...");
};

ws.onclose = function(e)
{
// websocket is closed.
alert("Connection is closed...");
alert(e.code);
};

Can you please let me know what could be the wrong.
