I've run into the following problem when using the Windows self-extracting installer:
- The computer is configured such that only white-listed executables can be run, except if they are located in a subdirectory of C:\Tools.
- I put the installer into C:\Tools, execute it, and nothing happens. Obviously the installer extracts to a temporary directory and tries to start the executable right there.
- I have to manually copy the extracted files back to C:\Tools to run the installer.

Is there an easy way to tell the extractor to where it should extract?
