I want to write a transformation that whenever there was a class input model with this name, Delete in the output model. but doesn't delete instruction in atl, How can I do this?

You have to add a guard in your rule creating the element in your output model, or to create a refining transformation on your output model. (https://wiki.eclipse.org/ATL/User_Guide_-_The_ATL_Language#ATL_Refining_Mode)
