Why can not publishi topic to HiveMQ? [message #1768242]

i cannot connect to iot.eclipse.org to view my published data , and i want to publishi my data to broker.hivemq.com, but the kura cloud service configuration failed, the message tell me that it can not connec t to hiveMQ .

Hi,
I've just tried connecting to the iot.eclipse.org sandbox broker and the connection succeeded.
I've also tried to connect to the hivemq broker. Here the connection succeeds, but when the device performs a subscription the session is dropped. Probably there is some configuration that needs to be updated in your Kura cloud stack to meet the requirements needed by the hivemq broker.
