Appearently the download of javax.xml_1.3.4.v201005080400.jar failed or that file was deleted.

I have no idea, why so.

You may have a better chance to get a useful answer when asking in the forum of the installer, which is called "Oomph".

Does the file C:\Users\ItzBen\.p2\pool\plugins\javax.xml_1.3.4.v201005080400.jar actually exist on your file system? I suppose not. But it is expected to exist there, from doing a previous installation. So it seems to pool is damaged. That probably means you existing installations are broken as well. Is that the case?

In the worst case, you could delete the C:\Users\ItzBen\.p2 folder (but that will definitely destroy any existing installations you have) and start over. Or you can try to repair the pool using the installer. Via the menu in the upper right, you can use "Bundle Pools...", select the pool folder, and use Analyze Agent... This will analyze the pool and look for damaged artifacts; you can use "Repair Damaged Artifacts" to download the artifact again.

That looks like a server problem. I've reopen https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=515596#c15 with your problem report for the web master to consider. Does this happen repeatedly/reproducibly?

Network failures tend to be transient things that come and go at random. So I mean if you try to run the installer again does it fail the same way again?
