Hello,

I don't know how to use Create View tool.

What does the Mapping and container view expression refers to

Hello

First of all, note that Create view operation is usefull only if your diagram is "unsynchronised" [1]. Indeed, if synchronized, the refresh will delete create, diagram elements(node, container ..) according to mapping defined in the VSM.
The Mapping attribute corresponds to the view(node, container etc) your want to create
The container view expression corresponds to the parent container view of the view your are about to create.
