Hello,
if using unmodified BiRT RCP designer v 4.6.0 downloaded from BiRT website the report preview in browser is correctly displayed.
But if I replace the original org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer_4.6.0.v201606072122/ (extracted bundle) with the jar archive org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer_4.6.0.v201606072122.jar the following stacktrace appears (attached err_log.txt). And the browser displays:
HTTP ERROR: 503
Problem accessing /viewer/frameset. Reason:
Service Unavailable
Powered by Jetty:// 9.3.5.v20151012
The bundle is successfully resolved in the OSGi environment (I have also updated bundles.info listing) but the viewer web application cannot be found.
But with the older version org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer_4.5.0.qualifier.jar it works correctly.
Please do you have an idea what is the reason for extracted bundle?
It's important for me because I need to distribute the bundle as jar not as a folder.
