I am trying to get eclipse installed and working on my desktop. I downloaded the folder from the website. When I double click on the installer I get exit code 13. Does any one know what is wrong and what I should do? Please see attached document. It is a copy of the exit code.

That means you are probably trying to run 32-bit Eclipse with a 64-bit JVM, or vice versa. See https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/198527/
