Hello,

I use the lastest version of Eclipse (Neon - PDT).
When I set include path forPHP by select a project in tab "projects", the proposal windows is good (right view in attached file).
But if I add an include path (same file) but now on tab "Libraries" > button "Add external Source Folder" (then file is not on my workspace), the text in proposal windows seems not in UTF-8 and we can see tag (left view in attached file).

What is the problem ?
